Counter-Strike circuit Flashpoint's owner B Site is looking to sell the assets of the company. According to HLTV, the company has engaged a management consulting firm to seek out a buyer for the company or its assets. Sherwood Partners is looking for a buyer. It has been clarified that the intellectual property assets of B Site must be sold prior to the company's dissolution. The sale of B Site's assets will be conducted through a closed bidding process, with a deadline for offers set at 5 pm Pacific time on January 23, 2024. The company aims to sell all social media assets as well.
