G2 Esports has announced its entry into the newly formed Kings League Germany, set to launch on April 12. The league will feature a qualification series for the Kings World Cup, with eight teams competing for two spots to represent Germany in the upcoming World Cup in France.

Kings League Germany, unveiled on March 25, will be led by Bastian Schweinsteiger as President and will include six confirmed teams, with G2 FC revealed as one of two surprise teams.

G2 FC is based in Berlin, and its management team includes Ron Stublla, who has a background in Sports Management and previously played in the Youth Bundesliga, as Team Manager, and Malik Hadziavdic, a former member of the German National Futsal Team and player for FC Liria Berlin in the Futsal Bundesliga, as Coach. The team recently completed tryouts at the Adidas Sports Base Berlin, with a full roster reveal expected soon.

In partnership with German influencers Reeze and Rumathra, G2 FC will broadcast its games through dedicated Twitch co-streams, aimed at reaching a wide audience.
