GODSENT has officially announced the departure of its Counter-Strike roster, effective immediately. This decision follows the termination of the team's main sponsorship in the aftermath of the PGL Major Copenhagen qualifiers, resulting in a notable budget deficit for the Swedish organization.
The organization stated "Following the CPH Major Qualifiers, our headliner sponsor for the Main Team elected to cancel their sponsorship of the team with immediate effect which created a significant deficit in our budget. This decision was not directly related to the team's recent performance, but an internal economic decision. We have been working hard to find a new headliner quickly but have yet to be successful in our attempts. For primarily this reason, we have now decided to part ways with the team and are working with them to find them a new home. This recent development has put a lot of pressure on the players which has been reflected in their performance in recent competition."

The organization was unable to qualify for PGL Major Copenhagen and lost nearly 80% of its matches since signing a Swedish roster last year. The organization stated that they will sign a Swedish roster in the future.
