Goodday, a Malaysian dairy company, has launched a unique contest called "Boomers 2 Gamers" to recruit senior citizens for its Counter-Strike 2 roster. According to the release the aim is to break down stereotypes surrounding esports among older individuals, raise awareness about esports within the general public, and foster connections between younger and older players.
