Natus Vincere has claimed the championship title at the Intel Extreme Masters (IEM) Rio 2024, securing a 3-1 victory over MOUZ in the best-of-five grand finals on October 14. This win marks NAVI's fourth title of the season and comes with a significant portion of the $250,000 prize pool, amounting to $100,000.
Both teams entered the tournament as ESL partner teams and were placed in Group A during the Group Stage. NAVI and MOUZ each won their opening matches against Imperial Esports and paiN Gaming, respectively. However, MOUZ faced an early setback, losing to local team FURIA Esports in the lower bracket, while NAVI advanced by defeating Team Liquid to reach the upper bracket finals.

NAVI was then upset by FURIA in the upper bracket finals, allowing FURIA to secure a spot in the semifinals while NAVI dropped to the quarterfinals. MOUZ advanced to the quarterfinals after victories over Complexity and FaZe Clan in the lower bracket.
In the playoffs, NAVI rebounded with a decisive victory over Virtus.pro, while MOUZ managed to upset IEM Cologne 2024 champions Team Vitality in a closely contested 2-1 series. Ultimately, NAVI's strong performance throughout the tournament culminated in their championship win.
