Brazilian esports organisation LOS Grandes is set to make its return to CBLOL in 2026 after securing a Guest Slot in Brazil’s top League of Legends competition. The announcement was made on December 16th, 2025, confirming the organisation’s comeback following Isurus’ decision to vacate its Guest Slot earlier in the month.
The move marks LOS Grandes’ return to the premier level of Brazilian League of Legends after spending the 2025 season competing in the Circuito Desafiante, the country’s tier-two ecosystem. During the year, the team delivered consistent performances, finishing within the top four and top six across the two splits, results that helped strengthen its case for re-entry into CBLOL.
By earning a Guest Slot for the 2026 season, LOS Grandes will not receive permanent status in the league. Instead, the organisation must defend its place at the end of the season against teams emerging from the CBLOL promotion tournament, adding extra pressure to its campaign.
LOS Grandes is no stranger to CBLOL competition. The organisation previously participated in the 2024 season as a partner team but was removed following the League of the Americas restructuring. With the league now stabilising, CBLOL will feature eight teams in 2026, all competing for qualification spots at Riot Games’ three international League of Legends events.
The 2026 season is scheduled to begin on January 17th at the Riot Games Arena in São Paulo, Brazil. All eight teams, including LOS Grandes, will compete in a round-robin format during the CBLOL 2026 Cup. The top four teams will advance directly to the playoffs, while the remaining four will enter a play-in stage for a final opportunity to reach the playoff bracket.
