German Phoenix Games, has revealed its acquisition of Sad Panda Studios, a Canadian game development company. The financial details of this acquisition remain undisclosed.
Sad Panda Studios, founded in 2016 by Morgan Long and her two closest companions, is renowned dating sims.Their inaugural game, Crush Crush, has garnered 10 million downloads across various platforms, including Steam, the web, mobile, and Nintendo Switch.
