Before the video’s release, Rekkles addressed the situation on his stream, stating that he had no intention of watching the video or its trailer. He revealed he was already dealing with “extreme anxiety” related to the controversy, which seemed to be tied to ongoing mental health struggles that he had previously shared with his fans.
