Twitch has issued an apology following the unintended activation of streamers' cameras, including those of Vtubers, due to its new "Drop Ins" feature. However, the feature was activated by default for all users, lacking a full opt-out option. This default setting led to significant backlash from prominent streamers who voiced concerns over potential harassment and unwanted botting.
