Specifically highlighted in the suit is Apple's position on cloud gaming, cited as a significant factor in the alleged violations.

The documents stated "Apple has blocked the development of cloud-streaming apps and services that would allow consumers to enjoy high-quality video games and other cloud-based applications without having to pay for expensive smartphone hardware. Apple wielded its power over app distribution to effectively prevent third-party developers from offering cloud gaming subscription services as a native app on the iPhone."
