VALORANT Reveals New Capsules

Riot Games has introduced the VCT 2025 Season Capsule, a new bundle offering in-game items inspired by the VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT). The bundle allows players to support the game’s esports leagues and partner teams competing in the VCT ecosystem.

The Season Capsule includes a Karambit melee skin featuring colors that represent all four international VALORANT leagues: EMEA, Americas, Pacific, and China. Players will also receive Player Cards celebrating the identity of each league, along with four Gun Buddies inspired by each region.

In addition to providing players with new cosmetic items, the Season Capsule serves as a new initiative from Riot Games, where the revenue generated is distributed across the four VCT leagues and their partnered teams. Riot aims to give fans multiple ways to support their favorite teams within the VCT.

The Season Capsule is also positioned as an alternative to the previous Team Capsules, which Riot noted created some imbalances, with certain esports organizations benefiting more than others. This new approach is designed to address that disparity and raise "the baseline for all competitors" in VALORANT's top-tier competitions.
