|content=According to recent reports by The Verge, [[Companies/Microsoft|Microsoft]] expects to close the [[CompaniesActivision Blizzard|Activision Blizzard]] deal on October 13th. Currently, the acquisition was blocked by the UK's CMA, however, the government body gave the green light on the deal recently.  Activision Blizzard will receive $4.5B if Microsoft fails to complete the acquisition. The deal is also blocked by the US Federal Trade Commission, currently, FTC aims to block the deal.
