|content=Astralis have confirmed roster changes that will see Nicolai “Dev1ce” Reedtz and Emil “Magisk” Reif depart the organisation, bringing another chapter of the team’s Counter-Strike project to a close.

The Danish organisation revealed that Dev1ce is set to transfer to a new team, while Magisk will leave after reaching the end of his current contract. Astralis also stated that it will look beyond domestic talent as it begins the search for replacements, signalling a more international approach moving forward.

“We are not limiting ourselves to a single market when recruiting new players,” Astralis said in its announcement. “We are in a phase where we will continue to build throughout 2026, and our primary focus will be on quality and the overall direction of new additions.”

Dev1ce’s exit marks the conclusion of his second spell with Astralis, which began in late 2022 following his return from Ninjas in Pyjamas. During that period, he played an important role in Astralis’ resurgence on the international stage, helping the team reach the grand finals of both PGL Astana and FISSURE Playground 1. His presence was also key in securing Astralis’ first Major qualification in three years.

Reports suggest that Dev1ce could link up with Håvard “rain” Nygaard on a new 100 Thieves lineup, where he would reunite with former Astralis teammate Lukas “gla1ve” Rossander, who currently serves as head coach of the squad.
