|content=Blue Scarab Entertainment has successfully secured $7m in a seed funding round. The round was led by NetEase and Behold Ventures. Other notable contributors included Jonas Antonsson, co-founder of Raw Fury, Ólafur Andri Ragnarsson, co-founder of Betware, and Stefan Lindeberg, co-founder of Creandum.

The studio, guided by industry veterans CEO Colin Cragg and CTO Enno Rehling, plans to utilize the funds to develop its inaugural MMORPG title. Additionally, the team announced former DICE creative director Craig Morrison as studio director, Guillaume Lhoyer as principal designer, and Ashley Nicollette as community and marketing director.
