|content=The Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) may have ended, but unresolved financial issues persist, with numerous players, staff, and contractors still unpaid for 2023 events.

Recent revelations from Sophia “Sophy” Mapua, a host and streamer, disclosed that she is still owed payment for hosting the Southeast Asia DPC. Other casters and talents, including Maurice “KheZu” Gutmann and Gustavo “D2Bowie” Mattos, have also reported missing payments from Sweden-based esports production company [[Companies/Epulze|Epulze]].

Over the past eight months, at least 17 individuals have reported payment issues with Epulze, seven of whom came forward after Sophy’s announcement. Epulze managed eight Valve-sanctioned DPC events between January and July 2023, including the DPC SEA tours, Lima Major 2023, and Bali Major 2023. The Lima Major and Bali Major were co-organized with 4D Esports and IO Esports, respectively, and Epulze was also subcontracted by ESL FACEIT Group for DreamLeague Season 19.
