The facility will primarily serve as the home of the Gen.G Global Academy (GGA), focusing on nurturing esports talent. It aims to offer an immersive educational experience to develop professionals in the esports industry. The building features lecture rooms, esports training centers, streaming rooms, scrimmage zones, and rest areas. 

According to release the scrimmage zones are equipped with [[Companies/ASUS|ASUS]] gaming chairs, high-performance computers, DrunkDeer keyboards, and Pulsar gaming mice. Located on a main street with convenient access to additional amenities, the facility aims to cater to the needs of its students effectively.
