* Keanu Reeves will voice and portray John Wick in an upcoming action shooter revealed during PlayStation’s State of Play.
* The game captures the signature style of the film franchise, including its soundtrack, gunplay, and cinematic presentation.

Keanu Reeves is officially stepping back into the world of John Wick, this time in video game form. During Sony’s latest PlayStation State of Play presentation, Saber Interactive and Lionsgate unveiled the first trailer for a new shooter set in the John Wick universe, confirming that Reeves will lend both his voice and likeness to the project.

The announcement immediately captured attention, not only because of the franchise’s global popularity, but also due to Reeves’ direct involvement. His participation signals a strong commitment to authenticity, a key factor for fans who have followed the character’s evolution on the big screen.

'''A Cinematic Shooter Inspired by the Films'''

While the game prominently features the John Wick branding, developers clarified that its official title differs slightly from simply being called John Wick. Regardless of naming specifics, the project clearly draws heavy inspiration from the film series.

The trailer showcased fast-paced gunplay, close-quarters combat, and stylized action sequences that mirror the franchise’s signature choreography. From atmospheric lighting to the pulse-pounding soundtrack reminiscent of the films, the game aims to deliver an experience that feels true to the cinematic source material.

The John Wick franchise, which began in 2014, quickly became a modern action phenomenon. Its blend of tactical combat, sleek world-building, and Reeves’ understated but intense performance helped redefine contemporary action films.
