Social media platforms have seen a surge of complaints from customers of Walmart, Target, and GameStop, many of whom say they received little to no notice that their pre-orders had been voided. One affected Walmart customer shared a message from the company’s support team, in which a representative said: “I regret to inform you that the order has been canceled due to a large number of orders.”
