According to reports, the incident unfolded when a user inquired whether variations of the name "Charlie Kirk" could be added to the server’s filtered words list. In response, Kaminsky made a comment that quickly ignited backlash.

"I just did Charlie. Funny you mention that because me and my roommate are literally just talking about him getting shot," Kaminsky wrote in the Discord chat. "All I have to say is: Nothing of value was lost."

A server moderator quickly intervened, clarifying that the community manager's personal views did not represent the official stance: "Yeah, but that's not our official position."

The post continued, underscoring the company's commitment to maintaining a respectful environment within the Ready or Not community: "We have ended our relationship with this individual and reminded our team of the responsibility we all share when communicating on public platforms."
