According to reports, 16 employees have lost their jobs, and work on an undisclosed project has been halted. Rovio has assured that some of the personnel, including SVP of brand strategy Ben Mattes, will maintain their roles. Studio Lumi, one of Rovio's two Montreal-based developers specializing in console and PC games, has been affected by the closure, while Studio Six remains unaffected by this decision.
