Mathieu Herbaut, known professionally as ZywOo, is a French Counter-Strike player currently competing for Team Vitality. Born on November 9, 2000, ZywOo has earned a reputation as one of the greatest players in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) history. He was ranked the world’s No. 1 player by HLTV in 2019, 2020, and again in 2023.

At just 19 years old, he became the second-youngest player ever to receive HLTV’s Player of the Year award. Remarkably, ZywOo is one of only three players—alongside coldzera and donk—to earn the top honor in their first full year as a professional.

Fans and commentators sometimes refer to him as "The Chosen One," a nickname inspired by the coincidence that he was born on the same day the original Counter-Strike game was commercially released.
