Firewalk Studios' hero shooter, Concord, which was pulled from sale just 10 days after its release on August 23 due to low player engagement and mixed reviews, has been receiving regular backend updates on Steam. This development has sparked speculation that the game may be preparing for a potential revival.

Concord was taken offline on September 6, with neither Firewalk Studios nor publisher Sony providing clear plans for the game's future. The initial statement from Firewalk only mentioned the need to "determine the best path ahead" and promised full refunds to purchasers.

Since its removal, the game has seen daily backend updates on Valve's platform, with the latest update deployed on September 15. The content of these updates remains unclear due to encrypted associated files, but the consistent activity has generated cautious optimism among fans that Firewalk Studios might be working on improvements or a potential relaunch.
