OverActive Media, has moved to the next step in its acquisition of Spanish esports brands KOI and Movistar Riders, with the completion of definitive agreements. Moreover, Telefónica, a partner of Movistar Riders, has inked a multi-year extension for its partnership with the organization. The agreement will represent the largest financial partnership in OverActive’s history.
