US Government Warns NVIDIA

The United States Government is restricting NVIDIA from selling chips to China. The company has been redesigning the chips with slight differences to circumvent the sanctions by the US Government. However in a recent talk US Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo stated "We cannot let China get these chips, period" she said. "We're going to deny them our most cutting edge technology."

The experts state that China will be able to supply itself with powerful chips hardware capable of handling heavy AI workloads soon. Currently, NVIDIA is redesigning powerful cards such as 4090 for Chinese market.
