Microsoft Expects to Finalize Activision Blizzard Acquisition Soon

According to recent reports by The Verge, Microsoft expects to close the Activision Blizzard deal on October 13th. Currently, the acquisition was blocked by the UK's CMA, however, the government body gave the green light on the deal recently. Activision Blizzard will receive $4.5B if Microsoft fails to complete the acquisition. The deal is also blocked by the US Federal Trade Commission, currently, FTC aims to block the deal.
