On April 25th Valve revealed an extensive update for Counter-Strike 2, introducing quality-of-life enhancements for players. This update encompasses overhauled maps, polished user interfaces, and refined gameplay mechanics, offering players a rejuvenating experience.
The new Counter Strike 2 update introduces a seamless transition between left and right-handed perspectives for players. By simply pressing a designated key (defaulting to ‘H’), users can switch their weapon alignment during gameplay, catering to those who favor a left-handed ViewModel.
A notable addition is the ability for players to view the minimum guaranteed money they'll have in the upcoming round, aiding in strategic planning and economy management. Furthermore, a new feature called the 'Dropped Weapons' panel has been introduced, facilitating the convenient retrieval of discarded weapons within the buy zone.
In the latest update, adjustments have been made to the Active Duty map pool for both Premier and competitive play. Overpass has been removed from the rotation, making way for the return of Dust II.
