Astrocade AI has secured $12m in a seed funding round. The funding will be directed towards its gen AI social gaming platform, currently in a closed alpha phase, enabling users to create and customize games. Investorts include AME Cloud Ventures, NVIDIA Ventures, and Venture Reality Fund, alongside notable individuals including former Unity CEO John Riccitiello, Google chairman Eric Schmidt, Glu CEO Niccolo De Masi, Roblox founder and CEO David Baszucki, and Yahoo co-founder Jerry Yang.
Sadeghian stated “It’s three passions that my brother and I both have. One is gaming. The second is social. We really like to bring people together and connect them. And the third is AI. So this was a natural intersection of all of these three areas,”
