Natus Vincere, in collaboration with Visa, has announced the NAVI Visa Academy, an initiative aimed at young esports talent. This program offers a pathway into competitive gaming, culminating in the opportunity to join NAVI Youth in Berlin.

The NAVI Visa Academy consists of three stages:

Talent Selection and Online Competition: NAVI's players and coaches will oversee the selection of young talents aged 14 to 17 with an ELO rating over 2600 on FACEIT and English proficiency at B1 level or higher. Selected candidates will participate in a three-week online competition to identify top performers.

Afterwards the top 10 players from the online competition will proceed to a two-week bootcamp at NAVI's Berlin office. Here, under the guidance of Academy coaches, they will undergo focused training sessions.

The five best players from the bootcamp will have the opportunity to join NAVI Youth, integrating into the club's esports program.
