NIP Group Inc. has announced a strategic partnership with Homeinns Hotels Group to establish a joint venture focused on developing and operating esports-themed hotels. NIP Group will hold the controlling stake in the venture, overseeing investment, operations, and management.
The collaboration aims to capitalize on the growing esports market by combining NIP Group's expertise in esports design with Homeinns' hospitality resources. The first hotel under this joint venture is expected to open in a major Chinese city within the coming months.

The seven-year partnership, running from 2024 to 2031, marks a commitment from both companies to this new hospitality niche tailored for esports enthusiasts.
