EVO 2025 Details Announced

Evo has unveiled a wealth of exciting details for its 2025 event season, including game lineups, award shows, and teasers.
The 2025 Evo season kicks off on February 15 with the inaugural Evo Awards, a new addition to the Evo calendar that honors the Fighting Game Community (FGC). Voting is now open across 21 categories, ranging from traditional awards like Player and Moment of the Year to more unique honors such as Best Button, which highlights the best move for a specific character in a selected game.
The flagship event, Evo Las Vegas, will take place from August 1 to 3. Registration is now open, and the following games will be featured on the main stage:
- SNK's Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves
- Cygames' Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising
- Arc System Works' Guilty Gear -Strive-
- Capcom's Marvel vs Capcom 2
- Warner Bros. Games' Mortal Kombat 1
- Capcom's Street Fighter 6
- Bandai Namco Entertainment's TEKKEN 8
- Arc System Works' Under Night In-Birth II Sys:Celes

Rick Thiher, general manager of Evo, expressed excitement about the upcoming event: “Evo continues to iterate and expand on what it means to be the world’s largest fighting game festival.
