ULF Esports on Delayed Salary Claims

ULF Esports has issued an official response to recent allegations regarding delayed salary payments to players in its League of Legends and VALORANT divisions. In a statement posted on X (formerly Twitter), the Turkish organization called the allegations "baseless" and claimed that they were being spread in a "coordinated manner" across social media.

The organization assured fans and the public that all payments to players, employees, and business partners had been made "fully and without delay," emphasizing that it was an exceptional and temporary situation. ULF Esports also urged the community to avoid engaging with what it called a "manipulative narrative" built on "unfounded claims."

“The financial process our organisation has undergone is exceptional and temporary,” ULF Esports stated in its response. “Payments to all players, employees, and business partners we have previously worked with have been made fully and without delay, and written guarantees related to the process have been provided. As ULF Esports, we remain committed to our long-standing principle of full transparency.”

To further clarify the situation, ULF Esports announced that it was in the process of compiling relevant documentation, including contracts and bank statements, to share publicly. The organization also stated that an internal investigation is underway and that legal action would be pursued against anyone found to be attempting to damage the reputation of the organization.

This response comes as ULF Esports celebrates a major achievement: qualifying for the 2026 VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT). After finishing in the top two at the 2025 VCT Ascension EMEA, alongside BBL PCIFIC, the organization is set to compete in VCT EMEA next year.
