Luckbox's parent company Real Luck announced its decision to restructure the company. This means a freeze of betting and player registrations on its Luckbox.com B2C platform. Real Luck revealed that they will focus on B2B side. Real Luck signed a LOI recently for an acquisition or a merger.

The company stated "B2C has generated all the company’s revenue to date, but achieving profitability will require significantly more capital than launching the B2B platform.”

Luckbox users will retain their ability to make fund withdrawals. Real Luck assures that these funds are kept separate from the operator's operational funds and will receive continued support.
