Industry veteran Britanni Johnson, has announced a new talent platform called TVRN. The company aims to change the esports and gaming talent industry. TVRN enables broadcast talent to register on the platform, where they can showcase their profiles to potential employers. Simultaneously, companies seeking top-tier talent for their broadcasts can create accounts, peruse the available talent pool, and connect with individuals they wish to bring on board.

Britanni Johnson stated "One day I was speaking on a panel and someone asked ‘I want to be a host and I know I need an agent to get the jobs I want, however, I don't know where to go to find the jobs to build my resume to get an agent. Do you have any recommendations?’ Let me tell you how terrible it felt to suggest that they follow the right people on Twitter and keep an eye out for posts… It shouldn’t have to be that way! I left that panel so hurt that I couldn’t provide more of a process that I decided we couldn’t wait for someone to build it, I just needed to do it myself.”
