According to recent reports, the Turkish National Lottery Administration banned Twitch for gambling concerns. The Turkish government also banned Companies/KICKKICK recently for the same reasons however the ban was lifted after 24 hours. Turkish authorities have asserted that Kick's introduction to the Turkish market was primarily aimed at enticing Turkish youth into engaging in roulette-style gambling activities. Both Kick and Twitch have faced criticism in the past for hosting gambling content on their platforms. In Turkey, gambling is subject to strict regulation overseen by the National Lottery Administration, a government agency tasked with enforcing regulations on all forms of betting games within the country.
