This strategic move is aimed at bolstering the company's worldwide gaming initiatives and business activities. Ubisoft currently has six studios in Canada and three in the United States. The consolidation of operations for these North American studios is expected to be completed by September 2024. Christophe Derenne will lead the NA efforts.
