During Unite 2023 in Amsterdam, Unity revealed comprehensive details about Unity 6, the forthcoming iteration of its game engine software slated for release in 2024. The company has been going through a tough time and recently the CEO stepped down.

Unity claims that Unity 6 encompasses various software enhancements and quality-of-life updates, and will introduce Unity Cloud. A significant feature is the early access introduction of Unity's two major generative AI tools: Unity Muse and Unity Sentis. Muse serves as an AI content creation tool, enabling developers to expedite asset and animation creation seamlessly within their workflows. On the other hand, Unity Sentis is a runtime inference engine facilitating the integration of neural networks into games on any platform.
